Marc’s Real Estate career commenced in 1998 where he was conducting open for inspections for a prominent Double Bay office whilst completing his HSC. He was offered a full time role in Property Management the day his final HSC exam finished and has been immersed in Real Estate ever since.

 

In 2004, Marc teamed up with Rob Jeffress and Liberty Property Services was born.

 

Marc’s experience includes:

-          Property Management (residential and commercial)

-          Holiday letting (management and leasing)

-          Building/Facilities Management

-          Feasibility studies for Developers

 

It’s a CV that few in the industry can match and Marc is recognized as one of Sydney’s most experienced ‘all-rounder’s’.

 

A love of the Blue Mountains as a training and holiday destination saw him purchase several holiday let properties commencing late 2016. It was at that point Marc (along with Nikki & Rob) noticed a gap in the market and felt his enthusiasm, experience, innovative marketing skills and vast Sydney contacts list would benefit clients in the Upper Blue Mountains greatly.

 

In late 2017, Liberty Blue Mountains was born. In early 2018, Marc, Nikki and their three children relocated to the Mountains full time.

 

When Marc is not working, you’ll find him running on one of the hundreds of awesome trails throughout the Blue Mountains (often with his kids).

As a renter I've had an absolute pleasure with the team at Liberty Property Services.  After needing to find a place to rent during lockdown in 2021, they were fantastic.  The other property managers I engaged with at the time were really sub-par doing the bare minimum.  The rental experience itself was also fantastic - if I'm ever looking for another rental in the Blue Mountains in the distant future I'll be back!  And if I have a property needing management I'll be going straight to Liberty.

I have used Liberty Property Services as a tenant, landlord and more recently with the sale of our property.  Leanne was an excellent Property Manager and I would not hesitate to recommend her.  She was always approachable, friendly and highly professional.  She took excellent care of my tenant and also my needs as a landlord.  Anything that came up was dealt with promptly and efficiently.  Nothing was too much trouble.  When it came time to sell, Marc took the time to understand our expectations, create a beautiful marketing campaign and then managed to find us the perfect buyer.  It's always easier to hand over your home when you know it's going to the right person!  Marc and Leanne managed everything for me and I felt complete trust in their care.  I cannot thank them enough for making the experience so easy!
