Nikki commenced her Real Estate career in 1987. Originally from the South Coast of New South Wales, Nikki moved to Sydney as soon as she was old enough to move from home but she has always been a county girl at heart.

 

Whilst Nikki has vast experience in almost every facet of Real Estate, her reputation of managing businesses and implementing systems & procedures has seen her oversee some of Sydney’s largest and most successful Real Estate Agencies including McGrath, Raine & Horne and Ray White.

 

Whilst it’s nice to have the skills to manage large businesses, the opportunity of running a true ‘Boutique’ business is always hard to pass up and 2005 saw her partner Marc Fitzpatrick and Rob Jeffress in Liberty Property Services.

 

Nikki’s honesty, integrity and work ethic is second to none. Repeat business and loyal customers are the cornerstone’s of her work. Few can match her experience.

 

In 2013, Nikki competed in the epic ‘North Face 100’ trail run (now known as Ultra-Trail Australia) and her love affliction with the Mountains was born.

 

A new love of the Blue Mountains saw Nikki purchase several holiday let properties commencing late 2016. It was at that point Nikki (along with Marc & Rob) noticed a gap in the market and felt her enthusiasm, experience, innovative marketing skills and vast Sydney contacts list would benefit clients in the Upper Blue Mountains greatly.

 

In late 2017, Liberty Blue Mountains was born. In early 2018, Nikki, Marc and their three children relocated to the Mountains full time fulfilling her yearning of country life again.

 

When Nikki is not working, she enjoys practising Yoga (she is a qualified teacher), reading and of course exploring the endless network of stunning trails throughout the Mountains.

As a renter I've had an absolute pleasure with the team at Liberty Property Services.  After needing to find a place to rent during lockdown in 2021, they were fantastic.  The other property managers I engaged with at the time were really sub-par doing the bare minimum.  The rental experience itself was also fantastic - if I'm ever looking for another rental in the Blue Mountains in the distant future I'll be back!  And if I have a property needing management I'll be going straight to Liberty.

Marc Fitzpatrick of Liberty Property Services could not have been more professional in his real estate advice and highly successful campaign to find an appropriate buyer for our Katoomba property.  I would highly recommend his and his company's services to anyone interested in an appraisal/ sale of their property.  Marc also has a great reputation for finding appropriate properties for potential buyers.  It was a pleasure to do business with Marc and his company.

I can't say enough about how well Leanne has managed my property for at least 5 years. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most important to me, as a landlord who doesn't live in the local area, her communication has been great - always answering my questions and providing information promptly and respectfully; never hassling but always on top of things. When it came time for me to sell last month, she introduced me to Marc. I can say no less of Marc. I couldn't meet him in person, but I found him to be absolutely professional and approachable, with sound advice and equally great communication. I have used Liberty Property Services as a tenant, landlord and more recently with the sale of our property.  Leanne was an excellent Property Manager and I would not hesitate to recommend her.  She was always approachable, friendly and highly professional.  She took excellent care of my tenant and also my needs as a landlord.  Anything that came up was dealt with promptly and efficiently.  Nothing was too much trouble.  When it came time to sell, Marc took the time to understand our expectations, create a beautiful marketing campaign and then managed to find us the perfect buyer.  It's always easier to hand over your home when you know it's going to the right person!  Marc and Leanne managed everything for me and I felt complete trust in their care.  I cannot thank them enough for making the experience so easy!
