Ray and the team at Liberty recently sold my townhouse in Katoomba. After a bumpy start with another real estate agent, the Liberty team really helped turn things around. They provided me with great advice and direction, re-vamped the marketing and within the first few weeks had offers and a sale. For $32k more than the previous agent! What you will get with Ray is a straight down the line approach, honest and no fuss. He does not inflate the potential sell price of a property to get the listing.
